The LAND4CLIMATE Impact in the Ronava River Catchment

This video brings us to the Ronava River catchment in Slovakia,  a front-running region of the LAND4CLIMATE project. The area is particularly vulnerable to both drought and intense rainfall, but thanks to the impact of LAND4CLIMATE, several Nature-Based Solutions (NbS) have been implemented to reduce risks, including rain gardens, underground water tanks, and artificial streams. Discover, through the words of Jan Dzurdzenik, Project Manager at the Agency for the Support of Regional Development Košice, the expected long-term benefits for local communities.
