Deliverable 5.2 Replication Guidelines for climate-resilient NBS for the replicating regions
This deliverable aims at supporting replicating regions (RRs) in developing and applying climate adaptation approaches based on Nature-based solutions (NbS). Building on interactions between front-runner regions (FRRs) and RRs, it highlights how integrating scenarios into Climate Risk Assessments (CRA) supports forward-looking planning and evidence-based decision-making. It also reflects lessons learned from workshops regarding stakeholder engagement, governance challenges, and implementation barriers, particularly in relation to private land. It underlines the importance of participatory processes, cross-regional learning, and tailored guidance to ensure the transferability and scalability of NbS.
